Worth Commandery #19 Excalibur Recipient
2013 Excalibur Recipient Richard Jernigan The 2013 Recipient of Worth Commandery's Excalibur Award was given to Sir Knight Richard Jernigan. Recorder and Honorary Past Commander Jerry Taylor presented the award.
Rick currently serves as the Eminent Grand Warder of The Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Texas. He has distinguished himself with many years of service to the many appendant bodies of Freemasonry here in Tarrant County and the State of Texas, especially Worth Commandery #19, often times going above and beyond the normal call of his duties.
He is a past Commander of Worth Commandery #19, he also serves as the Drill Instructor, and is involved with Southside Commandery as well. He is on track to become the Right Eminent Grand Commander of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Texas in about ten years, at which time the Annual Grand Conclave of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Texas will be held right here in the city of cowboys and culture, "Cowtown", otherwise, known as the City of Fort Worth.

2013 Excalibur Recipient Richard Jernigan The Excalibur Award was created in 1991 at the 138th Grand Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Texas. The purpose of the Excalibur Award is to honor and recognize a Sir Knight for his outstanding service to Templary or elsewhere in Freemasonry.
